Patterns in expression data conserved across multiple independent disease studies are likely to represent important molecular events underlying the disease. We present the INSPIRE method to infer modules of co-expressed genes and the dependencies among the modules from multiple expression datasets that may contain different sets of genes.

Recently, Xvectors and ECAPA-TDNN have been considered state-of-the-art models in designing speaker verification systems. This paper proposes a novel approach that combines Attentive statistic pooling-based Xvector and pre-trained ECAPA-TDNN for Vietnamese speaker verification. Experiments are conducted on various recent Vietnamese speech datasets.

The mutations changing the expression level of a gene, or expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL), can be identified by testing the association between genetic variants and gene expression in multiple individuals (eQTL mapping), or by comparing the expression of the alleles in a heterozygous individual (allele specific expression or ASE analysis). The aims of the study were to find and compare ASE and local eQTL in 4 bovine RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) datasets, validate them in an independent ASE study and investigate if they are associated with complex trait variation.

The reference evapotranspiration (ET0) of Morena station was estimated using multiple linear regression (MLR), The climatological data such as maximum temperatures, minimum temperature, mean relative humidity, wind speed and solar radiation were collected for the morena station and district of Madhya Pradesh state of India for the period of thirty years and the missing value of that data series was also determine using SPSS-21 software. The observed reference evapotranspiration (ET0) values were estimated using the Penman monteith (FAO56-PM) equation.
