The paper presented the current situation of teachers of Music and Fine Arts at Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Since then, some possible solutions to that issue in the the period 2025 - 2030 were proposed.

This research project investigates the relationship between music composition, particularly electronic pop, and sound design (the editing/mixing of sound for cinema), with its main focus on Multi-channel (Surround Sound) techniques. It proposes new practices that extend music compositional tools into embracing spatial techniques employed by sound design. My research encompasses both the conceptual development (ie spatial techniques in creating narratives) and the practical issues relating to the production and technology needed for such works.

In speaking of art we often contrast the useful or mechanical arts with the Fine Arts; by these terms we denote the difference between the arts which are used in making such things as are necessary and useful in civilized life, and the arts by which ornamental and beautiful things are made. The fine arts are Architecture, Sculpture, Painting, Poetry, and Music, and though we could live if none of these existed, yet life would be far from the pleasant experience that it is often made to be through the enjoyment of these arts....

Crowther (1993: 3) provides a criticism of accounts that attempt to detail the interaction between agent and environment. He maintains that any description of the ontological reciprocity of agent and context inevitably will be fragmentary and distorted, because pre-reflective reciprocity cannot be captured in words. However that may be, TSC sidesteps the problem by using DST to shed light on the reciprocity of agent and context.
