his paper investigates the nonlinear vibration of imperfect smart sandwich plate which consists of an auxetic graphene reinforced metal matrix composite (GRRMC) core layer integrated with two magneto-electro-elastic face sheets. The Poisson’s ratio of the GRMMC core is negative while the material properties of magneto-electro-elastic face sheets depend on the volume fraction of piezoelectric and piezomagnetic phases.

The real estate is a fast-growth and dynamic industry. Firms that operate in this field need capital. The purpose of this research is to reinforce the capital structure of firms listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The analysis revealed that profitability, growth and leverage are negatively related to capital structure. The conclusion is that firms have to reinforce their capital structure, to control profitability and operation.

To study the contagious effects of financial risks in South Asia’s emerging stock markets, the main stock indexes from China, Thailand, India, Vietnam and Malaysia are chosen during the period from 2006 and 2014. The paper used the dynamic conditional correlation GARCH model to examine the dynamic relevance, and introduced the dummy variable in order to test whether the structure change had occurred after the global financial crisis. The results showed that the degree of relevance of China, Thailand, India and Malaysia stayed in the high level.

Cell responses and mechanical properties are vital for scaffold in bone regeneration. Fe3O4 nanoparticles with excellent magnetism can provide magnetic stimulation for cell growth, while graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets are commonly used as reinforcement phases due to their high strength. This study investigates the interrelationships among bank efficiency, capital, and risk in Vietnamese banking between 2007 and 2011 by using the three-stage least squares in a simultaneous equations framework. The efficiency scores of individual banks are obtained from the Data Envelopment Analysis with the use of financial ratios. The average efficiency level of Vietnamese banks is relatively low, suggesting that there is a room for Vietnamese banks to further improve their efficiency so as to achieve world best practice.
