The article will be focused on methods of chemical modification of NR and the use of improved traditional fillers such as carbon black (CB) and silica. Modification reactions include epoxidation, hydrogenation, and grafting vinyl monomers onto NR molecules. Some methods of surface modification of NR film were also reviewed. Thanks to modification the NR degree of unsaturatiton is decrease that leads to its enhanced aging resistance.

Visual question answering is a task that requires computers to give correct answers for the input questions based on the images. This task can be solved by humans with ease, but it is a challenge for computers. The VLSP2022-EVJVQA shared task carries the Visual question answering task in the multilingual domain on a newly released dataset UIT-EVJVQA, in which the questions and answers are written in three different languages: English, Vietnamese, and Japanese.

This paper proposes the design of a neural network controller based on a sample controller for controlling the trajectory-tracking motion of a differential drive mobile robot (DDMR). Firstly, the trajectory tracking model for DDMR is established based on position error. Next, a perceptron neural network is designed with three hidden layers to control the trajectory tracking of DDMR.

The study was conducted a year (July 2017-July 2018) in Gorontalo Province. Data were obtained from direct interviews with farmers, collectors, wholesalers, retailers. Data analysis utilized DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The results showed that the performance of the cayenne supply chain doer in Gorontalo was mostly efficient, only 16.7% farmers, 10% collecting trader, 8.3% large trader and 16.7% retailers whose performance was not efficient.

House of Risk Method is used to identify the most potential risk agents, while the fuzzy reasoning risk assessment model is used to determine the risk severity by risk agents. Based on the analysis, it is found that risk agent stock out of the product is the most potential risk agent in this industry. To reduce the impact, mitigation strategies are suggested for stock out product risk agents in warehouse are flexible supply base, safety stock, internal coordination, as well as create and control production schedules.

In this paper, the author proposed a supervised machine learning network to identify and classify different crack types in asphalt-surface pavements. The purpose of this study is to forecast the arrival of foreign tourists in Indonesia by using Artificial Neural Network and Holt-Winters approach esutilising the historical data from January 2011 to December 2017. From the calculation process, we found that MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of Artificial Neural Network and HoltWinters approaches are 5.60% and 5.43%, respectively. So it can be concluded that the HoltWinters approach is better than the Artificial Neural Network approaches in forecasting the foreign tourists arrival in Indonesia.
