Ngo Thi Nham thinking

Since the victory made in the year of Rooster (1789), King Quang Trung Nguyen Hue was fully aware of the importance of the diplomatic missions in ending wars, and appointed Ngo Thi Nham – a great scholar in Tay Son Dynasty - to assume those responsibilities. The artful but courageous diplomacy carried out by a true patriot was characterized in his seminal work “Bang giao hảo thoại”
