Environment pollution and the food shortage are the biggest problem faced by human beings. As the world population increase food requirement also increases. To fulfil the requirement of food the farmers are dependent on the chemical fertilizers which are harmful for environment. Thus the alternate to these problems are the use of biofertilizers.

Weed management in crops through hand weeding is facing a tough challenge in many developing countries like India where workers are migrating from rural to urban areas in search of better job and lifestyle opportunities. Manual weeding option is facing acute shortage of labour. The present investigation was therefore carried out to study the effect of different levels of nitrogen and weed management practices on weed parameters of gaillardia (Gaillardia pulchella Foug.) under Hyderabad conditions and it was carried out during the year 2018-2019 at Floricultural Research Station.

Fodder shortage (quality as well as quantity) has been found throughout mid hills of Nepal. The tree fodder is particularly important as a green, nitrogen supplement to poor quality crop residues during the dry season when feeds are scarce. The nutritional values of fodders differ according to species and season therefore farmers prefer different species for different seasons to feed their livestock.

This experiment was conducted in the spring cropping season of 2015 to evaluate growth, yield, and seed quality of peanut genotypes under drought and poor nitrogen field conditions at the Faculty of Agronomy, Vietnam National University of Agriculture. Moisture deficiencies occurring early in the crop cycle may delay the maturity season and reduce yields. Shortages later in the season often lower quality, as well as yields. However, irrigation surplus, especially late in the season, can reduce both the quality and the post-harvest life of the crop. Significant progress has been made in recent years in increasing the production of health workers and in producing a multi-purpose nursing cadre that is able to perform both nursing and midwifery tasks. Availability of data on the public sector health workforce has also improved. A comprehensive HRH policy and strategy to address priority HRH constraints is in place, although its implementation needs to improve. Another encouraging development is the recognition of the need for human resource management and leadership training.
