This study aims to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the employees’ attachment to garment enterprises. Subjects selected for the study are workers who are working at some garment enterprises in Hanoi. By surveying the opinions of 295 employees and using SPSS statistical software to verify the database based on the SEM linear structural model with 5 groups of factors affecting employees' attachment, the results have shown that there are 4/5 groups of factors affecting the employees’ attachment with garment enterprises.

The Factorial Analyses confirmed that UFO experiences can be represented based on four dimensions: Extraterrestrial Beliefs (C1), Extraterrestrial Experiences (E1), Fearful Extraterrestrial Beliefs (T1) and Form Beliefs (C2). There are two popular approaches for SC: The lexicon-based approach and the machine learning-based approach. The paper introduces an extension to a widely studied framework of opinion modelling, which adds agent mobility inspired by psychological and sociological studies. As described in Alraddadi et al. (2019), we evaluate and discuss the impact of different types of mobility on the nature of consensus that emerges. In addition, in this paper we have extended the model by incorporating noise in order to investigate robustness under uncertainty.

The study effectiveness of SAMETI trainings measured through Kirkpatrick model, total 10 training programmes were selected purposively under the present study.
