The quantitative records of earthworms were collected in beech, deciduous, dark coniferous, coniferous-deciduous, and pine forests (1028 geographic locations).

A new double molybdate Na2Co2(MoO4)3 was synthesized via solid-state reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD). This compound is a new member of the lyonsite structure type. It crystallized in the orthorhombic system, space group Pnma with cell parameters a = 5.272(2) Å, b = 10.816(3) Å, and c = 18.064(3) Å. The structure can be described as a three-dimensional framework with hexagonal tunnels in which the Na+ cations lie. The obtained structural model is supported by charge distribution analysis and bond valence sum validation tools.

This paper provides the calculation of the distribution of the concentrations of complex particles of the Sn(II) - citrate - water system in the solution volume, on the surface of the electrode, and in the diffusion layer for the tin citrate electrolyte containing an excess of the ligand. Based on the calculations for the electrodeposition of tin, an electrolyte containing [SnCit]2− complex at pH 8.0 was chosen.

This study was conducted to evaluate the production performance of TANUVAS Aseel in Western Zones of Tamil Nadu. 150 Day old TANUVAS Aseel chicks were obtained from TANUVAS-CPPM, Hosur and distributed to farmers in different blocks of Erode district. Body weight and Egg production parameters were recorded in farmer’s field at weekly interval upto 72 weeks of time.

Low light is one of the most important environmental factors that determine the basic characteristics of rice growth and development. The selected twenty five adopted varieties are grown in Kharif 2016 under both normal and low light condition. The result were found that biochemical parameters such as grain starch content and total carbohydrate content (TCC) was decreased under low light condition and, nitrogen content in leaf was increased at flowering stage, protein content in grain was also affected by low light as well as grain yield and quality of rice.

A field study was undertaken to evaluate the performance of 4 lph capacity inline drip emitter in farmer’s field at 0.75 kg/cm2 and 1.00 kg/cm2 operating pressure. The efficient water application through drip irrigation is mainly depends upon the hydraulic parameters of the system, which includes the effect of pressure on coefficient of manufacturer variation, emitter flow variation, emission uniformity, uniformity coefficient, application efficiency and distribution efficiency.
