All over the world, Infectious bronchitis (IB) is one of the most fearful diseases of the poultry industry causing significant economic loses. The present study was aimed at the isolation, identification and molecular characterisation of IBV isolates. For the present study, samples were collected from chicken of different age groups that have shown signs of respiratory tract infection. The specific UP and DOWN primers targeting the highly conserved region of 5’UTR were used for the detection of IBV and the positive samples were selected for further characterization.

The Clostridium difficile toxins, toxin A and Toxin B were characterised in respect to the influence of glucose and incubation period on release of toxins, cytotoxic activities of the toxins in Verocell line and the immunogenic potential of C. difficile toxoids. Electrophoretic analysis of germinating linseed proteins showed a gradual decrease in the quantity of a protein with a molecular weight of 42 kDa.
