Peak Signal to Noise Ratio

Neural network technology has been successfully applied in many business areas. This paper systematic summarizes the applications of neural network technology in supply chain management, which include three areas: optimization , forecasting and decision support. It uses supply chain - specific parameter estimation using supply chain processing techniques to model the optimal network system.

Strand cross-correlation profiles are used for both peak calling pre-analysis and quality control (QC) in chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (ChIP-seq) analysis. Despite its potential for robust and accurate assessments of signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) because of its peak calling independence, it remains unclear what aspects of quality such strand cross-correlation profiles actually measure.

The results showed that the best performance of the proposed application was through using k-means clustering and the pattern recognition neural network which merged with the K-means clustering using statistical extracted color features of image histogram with tiles size (16 × 16) pixels. The average time required to produce a mosaic photo with correcting colors was (26 seconds) and the mean of peak signal to noise ratio was (39.56594).

A high frequency directional pass band from of the contourlet transform is selected for data embedding. Image features like Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR). The proposed method show that we could successfully embed data in cover_images and extract it with the average embedding capacity of (1/16) bits per pixel without any error. High capacity can be achieved using this method according to block size.

In multiuser rate allocation problem, a set of transmitters want to transmit the video sequences to corresponding receivers through a common channel that is shared by all transmitters. Since the transmitters compete for the same resource, i.e., channel bandwidth, they form a non-cooperative social network. The key problem in this social network is how to e±ciently and fairly allocate data rate among di®erent users.
