Perform better in the English test

This paper suggests the balanced approach of the new two-sided group chain sampling plan (NTSGCh) which operates with four acceptance criteria. The lifetime distribution of Log-logistic is used in this study, and the method of time truncated life test simulation is conducted. The findings proved that the NTSGCh performed better than the NTSCoGCh. Therefore, the NTSGCh is a worthy option for implementation in lot inspection in the manufacturing industry.

Two studies examined how research methodology affected participant behaviors. Study 1 tested (a) consent form perspective (1st, 2nd, or 3rd person) and (b) information on participants’ right to sue upon perceptions of coercion, ability to recall consent information, and performance on experimental tasks. Unexpectedly, participants who received instructions without the right to sue information had significantly better recall of their research rights.

The proposed method is tested over a dataset of hands from 100 subjects. The best obtained Equal Error Rate is 0.52%. Results demonstrate that discarding features that are more prone to distortions allows lighter processing, but also produces better performance than using the full set of features.

In this study, we compared the performance of twelve pipelines (three mapping and four variant discovery algorithms) with recommended settings to capture single nucleotide variants. We observed significant discrepancy in variant calls among tested pipelines for different heterogeneity levels in real and simulated samples with overall high specificity and low sensitivity. Additional to the individual evaluation of pipelines, we also constructed and tested the performance of pipeline combinations.

The findings identified possible causes of anxiety in preparing for the English test in the national high school graduation exam, among which the students’ fear for the difficult contents of the test and pressure of time to prepare for the test, the students’ difficulties in selecting the right materials and identifying the appropriate methods to study efficiently, and the students’ reliance on only the textbook when preparing for the test were found to be prominent.

Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar (Uttarakhand) to optimizing the seed rate of hybrid and high yielding varieties of rice under direct seeded aerobic condition. Selection of tractor and implements has been very important aspect in farm mechanization because of availability of variety of tractor models ranging from 15 to 75 kW and variety of implement sizes in the market. Field experiment was conducted during rabi 2015 and 2016 at farmers fields of Badami taluk of Bagalkote district and Koppal taluk and district. There were two soil types and two management levels were in Factorial randomized block design with 10 replications. Application of soil test based NPK with zinc and boron (BMP) to rabi sunflower significantly increased seed yield (1109 kg ha-1 ). The yield contributing characters of sunflower viz., number of filled, unfilled and total grain per capitulum were significantly influenced by the BMP.

Zinc (Zn) is one of the most essential micronutrients required for normal plant growth and development. Even though considerable quantity of inorganic Zn is applied in soil but significant quantity of it gets converted into unavailable forms. Zn solubilising microorganisms are the potential substitute for Zn supplement to plant from soil. Among the four isolates that were screened for Zn solubilization, fungal ones performed better than bacterial ones and Aspergillus sp. in particular, outperformed every other isolate in the test. It produced a clear halo zone of 22.

Field study was made during 2012 kharif season (July- November) at Hyderabad with 12 rice cultivars (6 high yielding varieties; 6 hybrids) belonging to early, mid early and medium duration maturity group (2 varieties / hybrid each) in sub-plots under 3 establishment methods (transplanting, drum seeding and broadcasting) as main plots in split plot design with four replications. The field and laboratory experiments were conducted to know the influence of pre-sowing treatment on plant growth, seed yield and quality in kabuli chickpea Cv. MNK-1. The results revealed that highest seed quality parameters were observed in seeds primed with GA3 @ 50ppm + seed coating with Trichoderma harzianum @15g/kg while recorded better germination (97.33 %), root length (12.13 cm), shoot length (12.43 cm), SVI (2391) and less infection of Aspergillus sp (0.00) compared to untreated seeds ( 88.67 %, 11.48cm, 13.96cm, 2256, Aspergillus niger-6.00% and Aspergillus flavus-4.

In tillage tools used in India faces problem like, poor soil-tire interface, clod formation, compaction due to heavy traffic and timeliness in operation. Overcome to this practical problem, it was planned to develop a clod crusher cum planker for better seed bed preparation. To achieve this objective a prototype implement consisting of three different types of clod crusher rollers’ like square spike, round spike and spiral arrangement of spike were developed. The developed implement was tested in the field to evaluate its performance.
