This study uses chitin as a filler for a polyurethane composite foam. The obtained polymer composite materials (PCM) are examined the technological parameters of the foaming (start time, rise time, and apparent density), the physical-mechanical properties (the compressive stress, compression set, resilience), and the cross-link density.

: Fluid vents in the Sea of Marmara were discovered and investigated by several studies. In this paper, a numerical model is created for the first time to determine the possible transport mechanism behind those fluid emissions at the seafloor. The finite volume method is used for numerical simulations by implementing a commercial finite volume code, ANSYS-Fluent. The thermal and physical rock properties used in our models are taken from previous studies.

In our study, we used molecular dynamics simulation (MD) to study diffusion mechanism in liquid MgO at a temperature of 3800K at a pressure ranging from 0 to 25 GPa. The calculated results and analysis of dynamical properties, spatially heterogeneous dynamics and diffusion mechanisms in MgO liquids will be reported in detail in this work.

Molecular crystals are characterized by strong intramolecular forces and much weaker intermolecular forces. High-pressure spectroscopic studies provide useful data for refining the various model potentials which are used to predict of the physical properties of such systems as well as for the formation of various crystalline phases.

The Elastomeric Alloy (EA) materials based on polypropylene (PP) and Vietnam waste Rubber Powder (RP) has been prepared in internal mixer of Haake in melting state with peroxide initiator. Dynamically stabilizing process at presence of radical donor and acceptor systems has leaded to form chemical bonds on the surface between two phases of surspending rubber powder and PP matrix and then to form intermediate phase surrounding Rubber Particles and making EA higher dense than that of materials by simple mixing RP and PP without networking.

The surface treatment by physical method of jute fiber using air plasma was investigated. Fiber was treated by the atmospheric plasma with various conditions of power 50W and different treatment times (from 1 min to 7 min). After treatment, the characteristics of fiber changed remarkably and fiber surface observed by SEM analyze showed a better morphology for adhesion. The result showed that tensile strength and Young’s modulus of jute fiber were slightly improved, however there was a remarkable improvement interface adhesion between fibers and polypropylene (PP) resin.

HPDE-clay composites materials prepared by melting compounding have discrete change in mechanical physical properties in comparison to the initial HPDE even when a small amount of clays is introduced. It is presented the results of the studying of the structure, the properties and morphology of HPDE- clay composites. The E modulus is increased from 702 MPa in the initial to 993.34 MPa, the tensile strength is raised from 12.37 to 35.33 MPa (most 3 times) and solvent permeability is decreased with 1% clay.

ThenblAfamily of genes encodes for small proteins neces-sary for the ordered degradation of phycobilisomes under certain stress conditions, a process known as chlorosis. Genes homologous tonblAseem to occur in all phycobili-some-containingorganisms.However, todate, nomolecular mechanism is known for the action of NblA, nor have the gene products been characterized to understand the physical properties of the molecule and thus help elucidate the mechanism on a structural basis.

About a decade ago, the elastic properties of a single chromatin fiber and, subsequently, those of a single nucleosome started to be explored using optical and magnetic tweezers. These techniques have allowed direct mea-surements of several essential physical parameters of individual nucleo-somes and nucleosomal arrays, including the forces responsible for the maintenance of the structure of both the chromatin fiber and the individual nucleosomes
