The crop stubbles (if managed properly) could provide immense economic benefits to the farmers and protect the environment from the severe pollution. Some of the alternative management practices include the incorporation of the stubble into the soil, use of stubble as fuel in power plants, use as raw material for pulp and paper industries, or as biomass for biofuel production.

However, under certain circumstances, plants can rely on the natural enemies of insect herbivores for protection. These natural enemies include other insects that are predators and parasitoids. The field experiments on green gram was carried out during four consecutive years 2016 to 2019 at farmer’s field of Bikaner districts under cluster frontline demonstrations conducted by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bikaner to evaluate improved technology for enhancing the productivity and economics of green gram crop. Two treatments were evaluated at 25 farmers and comprised of improved technology (i.e. high yielding varieties, seed treatment, timely sowing, recommended fertilizer management, plant protection measures and irrigation management compared with farmer’s practice.

Front line demonstrations were conducted at 100 farmer's field in 40 hectares of 11 villages. To demonstrate production potential and economic benefits of improved technologies comprised viz., improve varieties (JAKI 9218 and JG 14) with seed rate of 75 kg/ha, line sowing with spacing of 30 cm (R-R) and 10 cm (P-P), seed treatment with bavistin 2 g/kg seed, balance dose of fertilizer, weed management and plant protection measures.

Early Blight of potato is caused by Alternaria solani (Ell. and Mart.) Jones and Grout is one of the most serious diseases of potato. Several management practices have been adopted so far to minimize the disease. But in present investigation based on laboratory and glass house condition revealed that soil application with Farm Yard Manure (FYM) and tuber seed dressing with bio-formulation provided higher germination, excellent growth as well as protection against early blight. The maximum germination percent is 83.33 and minimum germination inhibition percent is 16.

Soybean is a major kharif crop of Kota district, which accounts for more than 50 percent acreage of kharif sown area of the district. Front line demonstrations (FLD’s) on soybean crop were conducted during kharif seasons of year 2016 to 2018 in 140 ha area on 340 farmer’s fields in 17 different villages of operational area of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kota to demonstrate production potential of improved agro-techniques. For this reason service cylinders should never be inverted during the low side charging of a system. Valve seats and reeds can become pitted if metal filings or small particles of grit are allowed to enter pipework during installation or repairs. They may circulate with the refrigerant and become trapped between the reeds and valve seats when compression takes place.
