Policies on improving the quality

Based on applying the basic theory of financial risk and financial risk management, the thesis studies financial risk management at Vinacomin’s enterprises during 2013-2019. From there, the thesis provides policy recommendations to strengthen financial risk management at Vinacomin's enterprises in order to prevent and minimize financial risk, and improve financial management quality and business efficiency.

The aim of this thesis was to study the impact of service quality, perceived value on enterprises’s satisfaction with service quality in Can Tho City. There were four specific objectives: to measure the impact of service quality on satisfaction of enterprises to measure the impact of service quality on perceived value of enterprises; to measure the impact of service quality and perceived value on satisfaction of enterprises and to propose policies to improve the quality of business registration thereby increasing the perceived value and enterprises’ satisfaction with service quality.

The fruit industry in Vietnam has a great potential and plays an important role in agricultural production. In 2003, Vietnam exported US$43 million of high value fruit to high-income countries and imported US$14 million of fruit and vegetables. Vietnam is experiencing difficulties in competing with other Asian nations in export markets and its own domestic market, especially with China and Thailand. This suggests that Vietnam’s horticultural industries require substantial development to be globally competitive. Vietnamese consumers are demanding safer and higher quality fruit.
