The paper describes two dictionaries compiled by Pigneaue de Béhaine and Jean-Louis Taberd as the foundation for the Vietnamese script, shown in the solutions using Latin letters, combined with some diacritics to describe parts of syllables in Vietnamese. The paper also pointed out and analyzed the causes of the success and great contributions of these two dictionaries.

Adolescence is a critical period of vulnerability to substance use. Recent research has shown that gender differences in adolescence substance use are complex and in constant fux. The present study aims to investigate gender differences in substance use and initiation patterns in male and female adolescents, and to assess individual, family, peer, and school associated factors of these patterns.

Visual inspection reveals that around the time of the EC recommendation of the early warning to Portugal and Germany (rumours on 17 January, recommendation on 30 January), there was an increase in Portuguese 10-year government bond yields. The cumulative increase in the Portuguese 10-year government bond yields reached 23 bp to decline thereafter to 10 bp in the beginning of February. This movement of the long-term yields implied a decline of the swap spread became negative in some days of the period between 17 January and 30 January (see Figure 5).
