Delegation differs from participation in a number of ways: Many leaders define themselves as participative managers if they delegate tasks to their subordinates  more subordinate participation in decision making The goal of delegation is not necessarily to develop employees or create more commitment. Neither does delegation always involve power sharing with employees.

This research work first aims to develop a microgrid architecture integrating dispatchable and non-dispatchable distributed generation units in a series-cascaded manner. Existing control strategies for cascaded microgrids focus on dispatchable type generation only. However, adequate power sharing and voltage regulation of a microgrid containing mixed dispatchable and non-dispatchable cascaded generation units demand new control approaches to achieve operational performance and reliability comparable to the conventional parallel-topology microgrid.

The focus of this study is on two of these factors: gender stereotyping and bullying. Gender stereotypes are the beliefs and attitudes that are presumed to distinguish between women and men (Rollero, Glick & Tartaglia, 2014), while bullying can be referred to as the repeated acts of an individual or group with the intention to harman individual holding an inferior position of power (Goldsmid & Howie 2014). This research explores whether Environmental Management Accounting can be applied to assist an Australian cogeneration company in improving both its financial performance as well as its environmental performance. Cogeneration or 'combined heat and power', in this particular case, involves the simultaneous production of heat and electricity using a single fuel, that is, natural gas. The heat generated is then used to produce steam to meet the customers' requirements as well as boost the production of electricity.
