This study explores the way in which Primary School Principals perceive and experience emotions in their day-to-day lives. To understand the varying elements of school leadership a qualitative research approach using semi-structured interviews was used, which was appropriate due to the social and psychological nature of the topic being studied. Two interviews were conducted a year apart with participants to provide a detailed examination of the participants’ experiences and to gain deeper insights into their perceptions of emotions in their work.

Nowadays, the LNG market is a derivative of the traditional gas market and has certain advantages over pipeline gas supplies. Many countries, including the Russian Federation, are trying to consolidate their positions in the relatively new and growing LNG market. The study centers around one of the principal challenges of the Polish economy - the development of prosumer renewable energy sources. This paper investigates the interaction between non-standard debt investment (NSDI) and non-principal-guaranteed wealth management products (WMPs) of commercial banks in China after controlling the influences of several bank-specific and regulatory determinants. A credit switching model is employed to illustrate the mechanism in which special interest vehicles (SIVs) serve as the conduits for parent banks to conduct regulatory arbitrage by trade-off between on-balance-sheet funding strategy NSDI and off-balance-sheet financing via consignment of WMPs.

Farmers make the decision to quit farming altogether only after comparing the utility they derive from farming as compared to taking up a full-time non-farm employment. Thus, an attitude scale was developed to measure the perspective of practicing farmers towards agriculture as a livelihood in rural areas. Likert‟s scale of summated rating technique was followed for constructing the scale. A total of 44 statements were selected after obtaining the relevancy scores and administered to 30 farmers whose principal source of income is agriculture from non-sampled areas in Assam, India.

This paper uses a principal-agent framework to analyze the tension between incentives for specific investment by the agent, and resource allocation that is optimal from the principal’s perspective. The analysis considers a decentralized firm in which central management can institute different transfer pricing policies to motivate divisional managers to undertake investment and production decisions.

The findings in the dissertation support the conclusion that the fundamental phases proposed by the St. Gallen succession model are suited as a basic structure in a company transfer. Nonetheless, the possible solutions in the principal-agent theory appear to be appropriate as support for the succession process. In addition, it is possible to identify other process-supporting measures, which can be considered from the perspective of the transferring party and the acquiring party. In a consolidated form, these measures result in a model of company succession.
