The technique of microencapsulation helps in preservation and storage of the products which also increases the shelf life; this made the technique more famous in various industries like food processing, pharmaceuticals, textiles, Biotechnology etc. Microencapsulation is the most useful preservative technique for spice industry as the technique helps in the keeping the quality of spices.

In the present study, eight treatments (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, and T8) were taken to study the efficacy of developed fabric bio-fertilizer on plant growth using various potting media components to identify the best suited component and combination for the production. Cotton bio-fertilizer (T3C3) and silk bio-fertilizer (T5S2) application gave highest growth of marigold plant and the lowest growth was achieved in control (T7) and while slightly lower in Farm Yard Manure (FYM) treatment (T8).

n this study, a batch scheduling problem has been addressed to enable on-time completion of customer orders in a lean manufacturing environment. The problem is optimizing the partitioning of product components into batches and scheduling of the resulting batches where each customer order is received as a set of products made of various components.

Animal husbandry practices like sheep and goat rearing offer many advantages for beginners and also experienced farmers. They are well suited and productive for the prevailing agro-climatic conditions in India. In mammals, health status is governed by the organ of lymphatic system. Though spleen is the secondary lymphatic organ, it is the largest among the lymphoid organs which plays a crucial role in immune function. For the present study, splenic tissue from adult sheep and goat (6 Nos. each) were collected from Corporation slaughter house, Chennai.

Over many years, RF-MEMS have been a hot topic in research at the technology and device level. In particular, various kinds of mechanical Si-MEMS resonators and piezoelectric BAW (bulk acoustic wave) resonators have been developed. The BAW technology has made its way to commercial products for passive RF filters, in particular for duplexers in RF transceiver front ends for cellular communications. Beyond their use in filters, micromachined resonators can also be used in conjunction with active devices in innovative circuits and architectures.
