This paper investigates the impact of macroprudential policies on Vietnamese public listed companies’ financial leverage over the period of 2007 to 2021. In 2011, Vietnamese Central Bank introduce credit restrictions as a monetary policy instrument to contain net credit creation by the financial sector and to safeguard the financial system as a whole. In this paper, we focus on the impact of such restrictions on the optimal leverage decision of Vietnamese non-financial firms.

This study analysed the effects of circular economy, supply chain management innovation and sustainability on organisation performance. A total of 163 respondents, who are public sector employees in Bandung City, participated in this study. The hypotheses were tested using the descriptive and verification research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and structural equation modelling analysis through the LISREL programme was employed. Results indicated that circular economy and supply chain management innovation significantly and positively influence organisation performance.

The basic goal of the present study is to examine the role of HR practices such as compensation, training and empowerment on the employee performance of public sector companies in Indonesia. The second aim of the ongoing study is to the investigation of the mediating role of supply chain management integration among the links of compensation, training, empowerment and employee performance of public sector companies in Indonesia. Using literature review this article explains the rationale behind adoption of the technology and highlights, the strategies that can be adopted to effectively exploit this novel technology to make the most out of idle electric school buses to support public utilities. To an extent electric school buses and the v2g technology can be potentially helpful for stabilizing supply of electricity during peak hours and improve efficiency of supply chain management of several industries including the power sector.

The study investigated the influence of procurement planning on procurement performance in public sector entities by focusing on UMI. The study was guided by the resource-based view (RBV) theory. In Uganda most government Institutions such as UMI have registered certain constraints in procurement performance and this could be a result of inadequate procurement planning on a timely basis as required by the PPDA Act 2003.
