In this paper, we propose a system using fuzzy PID controller, STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller, ESP8266 wifi module to monitor DC motor speed and some parameters to evaluate the quality of the system through web server. System simulation on Matlab-Simulink confirms the effectiveness of this controller.

In this paper, we propose a simple-yet-efficient adaptive control method for accurate tracking-control problems of DC motors. Structure of the controller is designed based on a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control framework. For significantly improving quality of the control system, a nonlinear-spatial adaptation law is proposed to reasonably adjust the control parameters based on information of the control error acquired.

These datasets are generated from Ford assembly line in a 6-month period focusing mostly on failure occurrence. The predictive power of the proposed model is supported in both data sets. Results suggest that Station, Model, Feature and Operation are four significant control parameters as they possess a more noticeable predictive power in comparison to time factor. To generalize the study area, other potential modelling methods are also implied for future research and other scenarios.

In points of annual crop farming and close to residential the contribution of inorganic fertilizers to the total concentration of nitrate was estimated, based on the δ 15N-NO3 values, to be as high as more than 60% and the contribution of water waste was around 35-40%. This is the first time isotopic signature of nitrogen-15 in nitrate (δ15N-NO3) was applied as a tool to assess and identify sources of the nutrient in aquatic environment.

Gasoline is mainly created by converting light and heavy naphtha from crude oil distillation column. Overhead temperature of main column is the most important parameter in quality control of gasoline. This protocol would offer two pathways to control the overhead temperature of crude oil distillation column in refinery. In this offer, temperature, flow parameters are cotrolled by proportional integral and derivative (PID) and fuzzy PID controllers. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the simulation results using Matlab/Simulink.

In this paper, we design a controller based on hedge algebras for serial robots. The control rule is given by the linguistic rule-based system. The goal is to accurately control the moving robot arm which adheres given trajectories. Optimization of fuzzy parameters for the controller is done by genetic algorithms. The system has been simulated on the Matlab-Simulink software. The simulation results show that the tracking error is very small. Moreover, the controller worked well with correct control quality.

In the current study, two forms of finger millet flour viz., malted and unmalted were used to prepare finger millet enriched probiotic fermented milk products. Both forms were incorporated in toned milk at 10%, 15%, 20% rates and fermented using probiotic Lactobacillus helveticus MTCC 5463 and Streptococcus thermophiles MTCC 5460. Fermented product without finger millet served as control. Products were analysed for titratable acidity, sensory and microbiological parameters.
