The research tackled the problem of lowing the level of Supply chain quality in the productive line for the manufacture of cylindrical and conical filters at Al-Zawraa General Company and the line of auto assembly, Saiba (Tiba) type in the General Company for automotive industry. as well as non-adoption of modern and developing techniques in the field of quality which led to the increase in the number of defective products in addition to the diversity of defects types.

Ebook "Biotechnology of crucifers" despite the recent advances made in the improvement of crucifer crops using conventional breeding techniques, the yield levels and the oil and meal quality could not be improved as expected. The understanding of genetic material (DNA/RNA) and its manipulation by scientists has provided the opportunity to improve crucifers by increasing its diversity beyond conventional genetic limitations.

Pears (Pyrus spp.) are one of the most important fruit crops in temperate regions. Japanese pear breeding has been carried out for over 100 years, working to release new cultivars that have good fruit quality and other desirable traits. Local cultivar ‘Nijisseiki’ and its relatives, which have excellent fruit texture, have been repeatedly used as parents in the breeding program. This strategy has led to inbreeding within recent cultivars and selections.

Information on population structure and genetic diversity of germplasm in a breeding programme is useful because it enhances judicious utilisation of genetic resources to achieve breeding objectives. Seventy early maturing provitamin A (PVA) quality protein maize (QPM) inbreds developed by the IITA- maize improvement programme were genotyped using 8171 DArTseq markers.

In recent years, the number of ChiemHoa buffaloes has decreased gradually and tends to be inbreeding and seriously degraded. The evaluation and effective using of ChiemHoa buffaloes genetic resourses help improve the quality of ChiemHoa buffalo population. The study evaluated the genetic characteristics of 10 ChiemHoa male buffaloes for breeding in Tuyen Quang and Mountainous Animal Husbandry Research and Development Center (Song Cong, Thai Nguyen province) from 2019-2021 by 8 microsatellite markers, CSSM057, CSSM029, ILST033, RM099, CSSM022, BMC1013, ETH003, CSSM038.

The effect of the crude oils of the produced black cumin seeds on some human pathogenic bacteria was studied. It was found that the crud fixed oil extracted from the seeds of plants has powerful antibacterial properties against this diverse genus of bacteria. However, the influence was different and depending on the tested bacterial strain.

The objective of this study was to assess morphological and genetic diversities of 48 forage pea landraces collected from different locations at different altitudes in Turkey. Morphological, quality, and yield features were determined for the landraces and three control cultivars in three subsequent years. Genetic diversities of the landraces and cultivars were also monitored using microsatellite (SSR) markers. Our results revealed that the features of landraces are significantly different.

This study evaluated the phytoplankton communities based on functional groups to obtain information about the water quality of Lake İznik, Turkey. The phytoplankton consisted of 103 taxa, classified in 12 phytoplankton functional groups (PFGs), with dominancy of 5 species, Chrysosporum ovalisporum, Dolichospermum mendotae, Planktothrix rubescens, Fragilaria capucina, and Mougeotia sp. The Shannon–Wiener diversity index (H’) was calculated and results ranged between 0.41 and 2.47.

Transcriptome profiling of Brassica napus stem sections in relation to differences in lignin content
Brassica crops are cultivated widely for human consumption and animal feed purposes, and oilseed rape/canola (Brassica napus and rapa) is the second most important oilseed worldwide. Because of its natural diversity and genetic complexity, genomics studies on oilseed rape will be a useful resource base to modify the quantity and quality of biomass in various crops, and therefore, should have a positive impact on lignocellulosic biofuel production.

Cyanobacteria are of special concern because they proliferate in eutrophic water bodies worldwide and affect water quality. As an ancient photosynthetic microorganism, cyanobacteria can survive in ecologically diverse habitats because of their capacity to rapidly respond to environmental changes through a web of complex signaling networks, including using second messengers to regulate physiology or metabolism.

To assess the genetic diversity and relationships among 25 cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) genotypes were analyzed using morphological and molecular markers. Morphological analysis was performed based on 3 fiber quality traits including fiber length, strength and fineness the mean values of each trait for each genotype were calculated.

In the present study, an attempt was made to assess the genetic divergence among the 103 kodo millet germplasm accessions using Mahalanobis D² statistic collected from Millet Breeding Station, Coimbatore. The observations were recorded on yield components and nutritional quality traits. The 103 germplasm lines were grouped into 11 different clusters based on D² analysis. Cluster I had a maximum of 63 genotypes, followed by clusters II and III with 14 each, cluster X with four genotypes and cluster VIII with two genotypes.

Genetic diversity among sixty three okra genotypes was estimated using Mahalanobis D2 statistic. The genotypes were grouped into nine clusters. The maximum number of genotypes was found in cluster I (36) followed by cluster III (15) and Cluster II (6). Remaining all were solitary clusters with single genotype.
