We present our current study, which investigated the prevalence of harbouring BCR::ABL1 in the normal first-degree relatives of local CML patients (designated as StudyR ). We compared and discussed the prevalence of StudyR and StudyN to assess the familial influence in CML occurrence.

There is an aberrant expression of NBAT-1 in various human cancers, which was proven to limit the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of tumour cells via multiple approaches. In this study, all the expressions of Otubain-1, NF-κB2, SHPs and STATs genes, the concentrations of cytokines IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α and clinical features in NHL patients were examined. To the end, gene expression levels of 82 NHL patients and 56 healthy individuals were determined by quantitative real time RT-PCR and secretion of cytokines by ELISA.

Cell division cycle 6 (CDC6) is a key licensing factor in the assembly of pre-replicative complexes at origins of replication.
