This article describes two cases of patients presenting with biliary tract manifestations simulating lymphoproliferative disease and adenocarcinoma, respectively. Clinical, radiological, and histopathological findings ultimately led to the correct diagnosis, and revealed useful nuances for detection of future cases.

Anomalies of the pancreas organ, especially congenital anomalies, are very uncommon, and can involve the pancreatic ductal as well as the pancreatic extra-ductal systems. While these anomalies usually present as an incidental radiological finding during adulthood, sometimes, they can present as recurrent upper abdominal pain as a presentation of recurrent episodes of acute idiopathic pancreatitis.

Teratomas are germ cell neoplasms composed of a wide variety of tissues. In the woodchuck, only one testicular teratoma has been described in the literature. The objective of this report was to describe the radiologic and pathologic findings in a female woodchuck (Marmota monax) with an ovarian teratoma consisting of mature tissues originating from all three germ layers.

The microvessels area (MVA), derived from microvascular proliferation, is a biomarker useful for highgrade glioma classifcation. Nevertheless, its measurement is costly, labor-intense, and invasive. Finding radiologic cor‑ relations with MVA could provide a complementary non-invasive approach without an extra cost and labor intensity and from the first stage.

Recently, arthroscopic-based treatment for hip-related pain with radiological findings of femoroacetabular impingement and labral lesions has been developed. We aim to present clinical outcome in a single centre patient cohort of patients treated arthroscopically for hip-related pain due to femoroacetabular impingement.

“Velcro-type” crackles on chest auscultation are considered a typical acoustic finding of Fibrotic Interstitial Lung Disease (FILD), however whether they may have a role in the early detection of these disorders has been unknown.

Evidence of mediastinal Lymph Node Enlargement (LNE) on CT scan is a common finding in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). We sought to investigate whether the involvement of mediastinal lymph nodes is associated with accelerated disease progression, and explored the changes occurring in mediastinal lymph nodes during the radiological follow up of these patients.

Diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infections (LRTI) depends on the presence of clinical, radiological and microbiological findings. Endotracheal suction aspirate (ETSA) is the commonest respiratory sample sent for culture from intubated patients. Very few studies have compared quantitative and semi-quantitative processing of ETSA cultures for LRTI diagnosis.

Foreign Body Aspiration (FBA) is a serious problem in children and delays in diagnosis and management can be devastating. The history is often vague, with subtle physical and chest radiograph abnormalities. This study aims to determine the indications for bronchoscopy in children with suspected FBA and evaluate the key clinical and statistically significant predictors of FBA, based on the patients’ historical, physical and radiological findings at presentation.

Acetabular dysplasia (AD) is a well-known cause of osteoarthritis (OA) of the hip, with its prevalence previously determined on plain radiography. The prevalence of preexisting AD was reported as 7.3% in a patientbased Asian population. Although computed tomography (CT) could evaluate AD in multiple planes, its prevalence using multiplanar CT images has not been reported.
