An empirical study was carried out in Chennai to explore the general dog management practices followed and constraints faced by pet parents. The data was collected using pre tested interview schedule among randomly selected 118 pet owners in Chennai. The study reflected that majority of the dog owners in Chennai were belonging to young age group (68.64 %), male (72.03 %), finished collegiate education (72.03 %), belonging to nuclear type family (51.69 %) and categorized under upper middle income group (44.92 %).

A correlated sampling technique has been implemented to estimate the impact of cross section modifications on the neutron transport and in Monte Carlo simulations in one single calculation. This implementation has been coupled to a Total Monte Carlo approach which consists in propagating nuclear data uncertainties with random cross section files.

This paper presents a Bayesian approach based on integral experiments to create correlations between different isotopes which do not appear with differential data. A simple Bayesian set of equations is presented with random nuclear data, similarly to the usual methods applied with differential data.

The present research study was undertaken to study the Behavioural problems of tribal children attending Anganwadis. A sample of 180 children in the age range of 3-6 years who were attending Anganwadi centers in Adilabad district of Telangana were selected by purposive random sampling method. Ex-post facto research design was opted for the study. Preschool Behaviour questionnaire was used for study the children behavioural Problems. Frequencies and Percentages were used to analyze the data.

The present investigation was carried out in Warangal district of Telangana. The study was conducted in Warangal block of Warangal district (Telangana) selected purposively. A total number of 100 respondents were selected through random sampling from 5 sample villages on the basis of majority of Bt. Cotton growers. The structured schedule was developed keeping in view the objectives & variables under study. The respondents were contacted personally for data collection.

An improved principal component analysis (PCA) method is applied for sensor fault detection and isolation (FDI) in a nuclear power plant (NPP) in this paper. Data pre-processing and false alarm reducing methods are combined with general PCA method to improve the model performance in practice. In data pre-processing, singular points and random fluctuations in the original data are eliminated with various techniques respectively. In fault detecting, a statistics-based method is proposed to reduce the false alarms of T2 and Q statistics.
