In this study, we utilized porous graphite carbon (PGC) chromatography for the separation of isomeric oligosaccharides without reduction or chemical derivatization at 190 °C in a custom-built heating oven.

The changes in the main structural, functional, fluorescent, and cytometric indicators of diatom microalgae Phaeodactylum tricornutum (Bohlin, 1897), Nitzschia sp., and Skeletonema costatum (Cleve, 1873) under different light growth conditions were analyzed; the potential of their application as possible indicators for monitoring algae physiological state was evaluated.

In the paper, the investigation results of shock waves, propagated in the liquid and two-component gas (one component is neutral, the other is condensed) mixture, are presented. The influence of the relative gas ratios, initial gas volume, wave intensity etc. on the main wave characteristics, is analyzed and illustrated as examples for two mixtures.
