Whilst the level of CQ and the factors that influence CQ have been investigated among business students, it has not been applied to the academics responsible for their education. In the context of CQ, there is a lack of knowledge regarding the capacity or preparedness of university academics to deal with the increasing phenomenon of multiculturalism in the classroom. This research addressed this gap through an examination of the level of CQ exhibited by Australian accounting academics.

Learning Math has never brought all exciting experiences for most students in their learning process. Teaching Math therefore has never been as easy as a pie for teachers either; especially for those working in high-school settings and assigned the responsibilities for providing the core knowledge of certain concepts and formulas in a limited time frame and then making students fully understand and be able to demonstrate their application of what they learn to real-life situations.

Children suffering a serious illness, experience enormous changes in their daily lives. Not only does the direct consequences of the disease affect the child, but also the fact of being at a hospital, or at home and not being allowed to go to school. Frequently, connections with classmates, neighbors, and sometimes even some with his relatives are lost. Furthermore, the responsibility of the state, to continue his schooling process is much harder, since different communities (family, school teachers, hospital teachers, medical doctors, psychologists…) have to be coordinated.

The ability of writing is considered as a main communication skill and “a unique asset” in SLA (Chastain, 1998) that language learners should be fully aware of. Methodology in teaching writing therefore has experienced considerable changes in the approach to teaching and assessing learners. Written corrective feedback as a response channel to students’ writings in SLA classrooms has been a topic of inclusive debates and inquiries amongst the scholarly sphere.

Experience idea "Using and managing role play in classroom" is to give the students an opportunity to work with others in determining how an individual or group might behave in response to a particular situation. Role playing is often used primarily to promote classroom discussion. The use of role playing as a cooperative learning model also includes class discussion as a vital step, but in this approach the entire class is involved in preparing and presenting role plays through group activity.

Constructivism is the bedrock on which the whole reform movement, especially the three NCTM volumes [N1]-[N3], rests. Roughly, this is the education philosophy which holds that the acquisition of knowledge takes place only when the external input has been internalized and integrated into one’s own mind. Thus learning requires the construction of a mental image in response to the external input.
