The results show that with a total amount of 179.08 tons of PM10 and 163.3 tons of PM2.5 dispersed into the environment, causing local air pollution in the southern area of the city, where there is a large cultivated area, the rice-yield is high and the amount of straw burned in the field accounts for the majority.

The quantity of rice straw and straw management survey only did in WinterSpring and Fall-Winter crops in An Giang, Dong Thap, Kien Giang province and Can Tho City. The research focused on the evaluation of simply biological pretreatment, material size and mixing rate of rice straw/hyacinth with pig manure in anaerobic batch and semi-continuous condition in vitro; trial producing biogas in polyethylene digester type (PE) in household scale in vivo

The experiment was conducted in experimental Farm, Regional Research Station, Anand Agricultural University from July to November 2018toestimate the extent of variability present in rice genotypes with respect to yield and its component traits. The estimates of genotypic and phenotypic variances for the characters like plant height, effective tillers per plant, number of grains per panicle, grain yield per plant, straw yield per plant, harvest index and 1000 grain weight, genotypic variance contributed larger in phenotypic variance.

The field experiment was conducted to study microbial product and urea effects in decomposing rice straw on the growth and yield of rice grown in acid sulfate soils in a three rice cropping system, at Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province, in the Autumn-Winter crop of 2016. The experiment was carried out in factorial design with 2 factors in randomized complete blocks with 3 replications.

In recent years, rice straw open burning (RSOB) activity has commonly occurred after the harvest in the countryside of Hanoi. This activity has caused negative impacts on air quality, especially it emits a large amount of black carbon (BC), a short lived climate pollutant (SLCP). As the other SLCPs , BC directly affects human health and ecosystem. This paper presents the results of measured BC concentrations in RSOB season in Lai Yen commune, Hoai Duc district in Hanoi.
