This study is conducted to identify disruptive factors affecting the performance of Small Medium Enterprise supply chain in the livestock industry. The role of supply chain management in the livestock industry starts from selection of breeders, equipment suppliers to distribution of slaughter meat to retailers, distributors and end users. Through a preliminary study that was conducted, several disruptive factors in the supply chain of livestock farming have been identified such as natural disasters, distribution of supplies, the behaviour of the stockman and financial.

The data on reproductive performance of 502 Nellore Brown lambs born during 2006 to 2011 maintained at Livestock Research Station, Mamnoor, Warangal district which is a constituent of Sri P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University, Hyderabad, were utilized for the present study. Farm women’s drudgery and gender gap profile: A participatory diagnostic study in district - Sitapur
The role and place of farmwomen in agriculture needed sincere recognition and concerted efforts to address various constraints that they are facing, be it drudgery or other gender related issues. The farm women usually use long static postures while performing farm and allied activities, which increase the static muscular effort resulting in high drudgery, physiological cost, low productivity and low work efficiency. Therefore present study was conducted to find out extent and magnitude of the drudgery and gender gap perceived by farmwomen of the District-Sitapur of central U.P.

Livestock is a natural resource of good quality food, milk, meat, yogurt, butter, etc. Rural women actively participate in livestock management activities but their role is undervalued even though their social life is negatively affected. Thus the study focuses on performance Sanitation Activities by rural women in livestock management. The multipurpose random sampling technique was used and 180 respondents were taken from Sarsoul, Shivrajpur, and Choubeypur block Kanpur Nagar and Amaraudha, Malasha, Sarvankheda from Kanpur Dehat were randomly selected for the study.
