The study was conducted to examine the impact of factors including top management support, system quality, facilitating condition on the usage of information system (IS) and the impact of usage of information system to the user satisfaction in the application environment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in enterprises in Vietnam. In recent years, the term "green audit" has been referred to as an environmental audit (EA)- a tool that provides environmental information, as a basis for assessing environmental risks caused by enterprises, environmental obligations, satisfaction of environmental standards and regulations of enterprises, help reduce environmental and public health risks and improve environmental governance. This paper outlines some examples of the ways in which these measures have been undertaken at the enterprise level and the accreditation framework within which these are often established. It also proposes the idea that it may be useful to extend satisfaction measurement from a focus on the enterprise to that of the destination. This is a much more complex task that at the individual enterprise level but may be worth the effort as destinations compete for market share.
