Scale to measure the attitude

This article is the results of the survey conducted based on the scale “The feeling of happiness at work” with 18 items to measure the happiness of employees. The aim of this research is to clarify the current status of teachers‟ perception of happiness during the implementation period of the 2018 General Education Program; hence, the research duration is calculated from the initial phase of implementing this program.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of online parent training programs for caregivers of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Five caregivers participated in an online program including lectures, group discussion, and conference with parent mentor. Self-reported scales were used to measure depression, parenting stress, parenting attitudes, and knowledge of behavioral principles.

Entrepreneurship is currently the focus of Vietnamese government to push up the nation economy and encourage higher quality and quantity of new start-ups. This study examines the relationship and measures the impacts of different factors on entrepreneurship intention of young people in Hai Duong province, Vietnam using Theory of Planned Behaviour from Ajzen (1991) as the framework with an extension of other factors. This study uses questionnaires with Likert 5-scale to collect data from 1600 young people in Hai Duong province with the support of Hai Duong Youth Union.

Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) are being established so that it can help farmers in earning more returns through collective input purchase, collective marketing, processing, increasing productivity through procuring better inputs, augmenting knowledge of farmers in better management practices and ensuring quality. An attempt was made to develop a standardized scale to analyze the attitude of members towards Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) using summated rating methods suggested by Likert and Edwards. The attitude scale developed was found to be highly reliable and valid.

An attempt was made to develop a standardized scale to analyze the attitude of farmers towards livelihood diversificationusing summated rating methods suggested by Likert and Edwards. The attitude scale developed was found to be highly reliable and valid. The final attitude scale consisted of 15 statements and this scale was administered to 30 farmers in Chikkaballapura district in Karnataka during 2017-2018 to analyse their attitude of farmers towards livelihood diversification. These farmers were personally interviewed using schedule.

The objective of the present study was to ascertain the attitude of farmers towards the agricultural extension system of the State Department of Agriculture. The sample consisted of randomly selected 90 farmers from 09 villages of three subdistricts of Udaipur who were regularly in contact with the department functionaries for the last 3 years. For measurement of attitude, Thurston’s equal appearing interval technique was used to construct the scale.

Farmers make the decision to quit farming altogether only after comparing the utility they derive from farming as compared to taking up a full-time non-farm employment. Thus, an attitude scale was developed to measure the perspective of practicing farmers towards agriculture as a livelihood in rural areas. Likert‟s scale of summated rating technique was followed for constructing the scale. A total of 44 statements were selected after obtaining the relevancy scores and administered to 30 farmers whose principal source of income is agriculture from non-sampled areas in Assam, India.

The present study was aimed to construct, develop and standardize an Attitude Scale on organic farming for marginal farmers. After going through several related literature, the researcher outlined a scale and after analyzing, the content framed 52 items related to the course. The prepared 52 items were revised and edited carefully and then given to a total 20 numbers of panel of experts in the field of entomology, horticulture, agronomy, soil science, rice research centre and extension specialist for their valuable suggestions and corrections to ensure its quality.

The present study was aimed to analyze the attitude of vegetable growers towards eco-friendly technologies in vegetable cultivation. The study was conducted in four tehsils of Udaipur district. From each tehsil, five villages were selected and from each village, twelve vegetable growers were selected randomly. To measure the attitude of vegetable growers an attitude scale was developed and administered. The responses were recorded and mean percent score was calculated.
