The result indicates that in the case of electron-acoustic phonon scattering, the Shubnikov-de Hass oscillation appears. Whereas, in the case of electrons-optical phonons scattering, the peak of magneto-photonphonon resonance appears. In both cases, when temperature increases, the Nernst coefficient decreases rapidly, and for electrons-optical phonons scattering, the resonance peak has a movement.

This study focuses on monitoring the variation of surface soil moisture (0- 1 cm) and ground soil moisture (0÷1 m) in the soil in Dak Nong province using Sentinel-1 radar images received in December 2017. Active radar signals utilized in this method were sent and received using short wave pulses. The intensity of the received signal is compared to determine the scattering coefficient of the surface.

Density functional theory was employed to investigate a series of phthalocyanine derivatives, discovering the limitation when the expansion of the conjugated system was employed to improve the hyper-Rayleigh scattering response coefficient. Furthermore, an unusually C∞v -type octupolar population was found by electrostatic potential analysis. In addition, the dynamic and static hyper-Rayleigh scattering responses (βHRS) were simulated using the coupled perturbed density functional theory, showing an increasing dynamic βHRS value along with an increase in incident light energy.

An Giang is one of the provinces in the Mekong delta that is greatly affected by flood events, which brings damage and devastation to life and property. This study practices the application of Sentinel-1A images to monitor the distribution of flood depths in the An Giang province in 2019 as well as applies regression correlation and thresholding to scattering value analysis. The research results indicated the exponential regression model on the VV polarization images had correlation coefficients (r) in August, September, and October ranging from 0.8398 to 0.

In this paper, we proposed the novel techniques for estimating the parameters of absorbing structure (depth, center location, and width) in the turbid medium by using the convolution and deconvolution operations with the devised PSF. Firstly, by observing images with two-wavelength selected at which the absorption and scattering properties of the medium are different.

Forecasting of sunflower production is of utmost importance in state of Odisha. Forecasted values of area and yield of sunflower are used to forecast production of sunflower. Forecasting done by the help of best fit regression model is quite reliable. Selecting the appropriate models that would fit the data is done through the help of scatter plot of the data. The model to be considered for best fit has to satisfy the error assumptions and must have all the estimated coefficients significant.

In situ measurements of aerosol optical properties were made in summer 2008 at the ALOMAR station facility (69◦ 16 N, 16◦ 00 E), located at a rural site in the North of the island of Andøya (Vesteralen archipelago), about 300 km north of the Arctic Circle. The extended three months campaign was part of the POLAR-CAT Project of the International Polar Year (IPY-2007-2008), and its goal was to characterize the aerosols of this sub-Arctic area which frequently transporte to the Arctic region. The ambient lightscattering coefficient, σs (550 nm), at ALOMAR had a hourly mean value of 5.

In this paper, the optical depths, scattering coefficient, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient and single scattering albedo were modeled using Optical Properties of Aerosols and Clouds (OPAC) by slightly altering the number densities of water soluble at spectral range of 0.25 – 1.00 µm for eight different relative humidities (RHs) (0, 50, 70, 80, 90, 95, 98 and 99 %). The data was used to calculate the radiative forcing (RF).

In this paper, we have used the method of quantum kinetic equation to calculate the analytic expression for Ettingshausen coefficient (EC) under the influence of confined phonon. We considered a quantum well in the presence of constant electric field, magnetic field and electromagnetic wave (EMW) with assumption that electron – confined optical phonon (OP) scattering is essential.

The analytic results have shown that EC depends on temperature, magnetic field, characteristic quantities of EMW and m - quantum number which is specific the confined phonons in a complicated way. The numerical results for GaAs/GaAsAl quantum wells (QW) have displayed these dependence explicitly. In particular, when m is set to zero, we achieve results for magneto – thermoelectric effect in the same QW without the confinement of acoustic phonons.

The scattering data on the semi-axis are given in terms of the scattering operator on the whole axis for the same system with the coefficients, which are extended in the whole axis by zero.
