This research analyzes the Peruvian organic production coffee industry, the relationship between Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supply Chain Integration (SCI) concerning the performance of the Cooperatives and the Coffee Associations in Junín Region of Peru. It also analyzes the current scenario of the Coffee Sector and the participation of the Supply Chain (SC) in the processing and distribution of Organic Coffee in Junín, Peru.

A sample of 327 engineering bachelor students from a public university in Mexico took part in an information integration study to explore systematic thinking underlying propensity for cheating during a course exam. All study participants were provided with written descriptions of 12 scenarios pertaining to the academic evaluation criteria and were asked to rate the likelihood that they would cheat under such circumstances.

This innovative study aims to explore how emotion tone presented in a message influences the judgement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) bots. We established a scenario by using vacation rental introduction as input message to conduct experiments to explore the influences. Our findings suggest that AI bots demonstrate preferences on the input message presented in positive tones rather than input message with negative tones.

Clinical simulations are designed to increase communication and experience among all members of the healthcare team in a low stakes environment. In this study we investigate the current application of in-situ simulation for training and educational purposes at the University of Virginia Health System. One factor we examined includes the impact of the level of fidelity of the simulator on clinician experience. We also looked at the ability to document the situation and if generational differences exist among participants that determine their engagement.

The idea for this book stems from a meeting sponsored by the European Union, organized by N. van Breemen, and held in Doorweerth at the end of 1991. At this meeting a large number of European scientists discussed the different issues related to the accumulation and decomposition of organic matter in terrestrial ecosystems. Using the CalSIM model, we predict changes in coverage in California as a result of the ACA. Take up of available coverage options in the model is based on a wide range of factors, including the pre-policy starting point, health status, household income, change in cost to purchase coverage, and English proficiency. For Medi-Cal, we assume that 61 percent of uninsured newly eligible individuals, and 10 percent of those who were previously eligible but not enrolled, enroll under our base scenario. is assumption is based on current Medi-Cal take up in the state.
