Dietary assessment is the process of evaluating what people eat by using one or several intake indicators. It is the best approach for identifying nutrients that are likely to either be under-or over consumed by the individual or groups of interest. It also can be used to identify food patterns and preferences. Dietary assessment was done through food weighment and dietary diversity to identify the food consumption pattern, food and nutrients intake and food preferences of SHG and Non SHG households. This study was conducted on 120 SHG households and 30 Non SHG households.

Animal sentience and welfare needs utmost importance as animal sentience is the capacity to feel pleasure and pain whereas, welfare would be intimately connected with the physiological stress response and it would simply be a matter of finding a reliable indicator of stress. Sentient animals are aware of their feelings and emotions. Animals also enjoy positive and negative emotions from carrying out natural behaviour. Toothpaste is a gel dentifrice used with a toothbrush as an accessory to clean, keep and promote oral hygiene. The literature review suggests that there are many different formulations of toothpastes and that each of their individual components present specific functions. The concentration of the toothpaste ingredients must be appropriately chosen taking into account the purposes of the toothpaste. Biosurfactants are considered as suitable molecules for application in many formulations such as in toothpaste one.

To establish stable cell lines that produce recombinant multisubunit proteins, it is usually necessary to cotransfect cells with several independent gene constructs. Here, we show that a stepwise fusion of individually transfected cells, results in a fused cell-line that secretes a complete multisubunit protein. Functional expression of recombinant multisubunit proteins may require a defined expression ratio between each protein subunit. The cell-fusion technology described allows a predefined expression level of each subunit.

Searching for a person name in a Web Search Engine usually leads to a number of web pages that refer to several people sharing the same name. In this paper we study whether it is reasonable to assume that pages about the desired person can be filtered by the user by adding query terms. A small minority of respondents indicated that their LRSPs include an explicit definition of the term “ECAI.” For instance, under the Australian prudential standards, an ECAI is defined as “an entity that assigns credit ratings designed to measure the creditworthiness of a counterparty or certain types of debt obligations of a counterparty.” The majority of respondents indicated that their LRSPs reference specific credit rating agencies. All but one of those respondents mentioned Moody’s Investors Service, Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, and Fitch Ratings.

Data by country reveal that, despite the severity of the recent global financial crisis, bank credit contracted in only a handful of individual economies. When bank credit includes credit to governments in each country, as in Graph A, our estimates indicate that Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania and Luxembourg experienced outright contractions in bank credit to non-bank borrowers between Q2 2008 and Q2 2011.
