This study is to evaluate the validation of STAMPER device in Vietnam by conducting measurement on different types of vehicles, with different speeds on various types of roads. The result of this research will figure out the adaptable of STAMPER device in VietNam, which is significant to future road inspection and maintenance process.

The study found that nematode composition differed significantly between the upper and deeper layers of sediment but not among the deeper layers. The study result shows that the relationship between technological capability and manufacturing performance is significant and positive. This study proved there is a connection between the variables. Further investigation is required to understand the impact of technological capability on manufacturing performance and to understand deeper the influences of differences by size of firms and industry characteristics.

In this study, it was aimed to examine whether there is a significant relationship between the perceived self-efficacy belief and leadership style. The results show that self-efficacy perceptions of the administrators make a difference in their leadership style and there is a relationship between the self-efficacy belief and exhibitors of transformational leadership behaviors; the more administrators feel themselves efficient, the more they exhibit transformational leadership behaviors.

The data collected using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple linier regression. The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant. This understandable because each online store has different system and procedure that incovenience for consumers.
