In a developing country, the knowledge of screening for cervical cancer behavior still very low. However, little is known about the knowledge towards cervical cancer screening of urban health extension workers in Ethiopia.

Agroforestry has been recognized as one of the important systems for supporting the livelihoods of rural farmers. Maximum number of male population was 55.05% female population was 44.95% in survey area. Maximum age class 30-40 (48.75%) followed by age class 40 – 50 (23.75%), maximum 51.25% of respondents belong to medium size family followed by 35.00% in small size family. Maximum 65% of respondents were scheduled tribe followed by 28.75% in backward caste, maximum 32.50% of respondents were under Rs. 3001-5000 monthly income followed by 30.00%, maximum 50.

The present study to access the assured income through different activities implimented under IWDP with especial reference to the beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries for the purpose two districts from the Nagaland state viz; Dimapur and Zunheboto were selected purposely due to the maximum number of area covered under watershed in the zone further two blocks from each district were randomly selected which was finally having 8 numbers of watersheds areas were selected.

A case study was conducted by Agricultural Extension Education Center, Koppal with an innovative ground nut grower and small scale entrepreneur for a period of two years. Cold press oil extraction unit established by the farmer could successfully extract 3.60 tons of oil seeds in a month with a net savings of Rs. 16485. The unit became self sustain in a span of one year and could generate employment of 365 man days. The consumers are satisfied with the quality and purity of oil which they purchased for consumption.

This study was undertaken to investigate Socio-economic status of Kathiyawadi horse owners in their home tract to find the education level, Strength of horse, rearing cost, income from the horse, land holding and average body weight of horsesof organized and unorganized horse farms in Saurashtra region of Gujarat State. Survey was carried out in Junagadh, Botad, Surendranagar and Bhavnagar districts of Gujarat State, eight talukas of each district was selected and from each selected taluka, ten villages were selected randomly. Five respondents were selected randomly from each village.
