Emerging data suggested a favorable outcome in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients treated by immunotherapy. The objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of neoadjuvant immunotherapy among NSCLC with COPD versus NSCLC without COPD and explore the potential mechanistic links.

However, histological subtyping by pathologists requires tumor tissue—a necessity that is often intrinsically associated with procedural difficulties. In the present study, we investigated the expression profile of tDRs in plasma of CRC patients. The results showed that the level of 5′-tRF-GlyGCC is higher in CRC patients than in healthy controls (HCs) and highlighted that 5′- tRF-GlyGCC is a promising diagnostic biomarker for CRC patients. Its expression is positively correlated with ALKBH3 both in vitro and in vivo, respectively.
