The primary objective of this paper is to examine and explore the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Business Performance in small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) with the moderating role of supply chain management style. The role and importance of SMEs in the overall economic development and employment generation has been an area of great interest for researchers and policy makers.

With the emerging trends in supply chain management, this research aims in providing the effect of supply chain contributors including partnership, collaboration and integration on financial performance of SMEs in Thailand. It also examine the mediation impact of supply chain performance between these strategies and overall financial performance of these firms. Questionnaires were designed to obtain required information from the manager, representatives and key members of SMEs in Thailand. The sample size selected is 334. The collected information is analyzed using SPSS and AMOS.

In this paper, the author seek to analyze the role of several determinants in the process of internationalization of Tunisian SMEs in Africa, and consequently their performance. Thanks to a quantitative study carried out among 46 companies analyzed under SPSS and Smart PLS, the results demonstrate the importance of the total mediating role of international entrepreneurial orientation (OEI) in the relationship between competitiveness and international performance. However, networking only generates a direct effect on international performance.

A measurement of the underlying event (UE) activity in proton–proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV is performed using Drell–Yan events in a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.2 fb−1, collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC. The activity measured in the muonic final state (qq → μ + μ −) is corrected to the particle level and compared with the predictions of various Monte Carlo generators and hadronization models.
