In today’s globally competitive world the phenomenon of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has emerged and gained attention for environmental concerns around the globe. The research study aims to examine the relationship between GSCM and environment related outcomes among Indonesian manufacturing SMEs. Literature review depicted that there are various important and crucial factors today, important in determining the environmental performance.

Analysed the quantitative data by SPSS and the results show 2 factors affect the performance namely GSCM Benefits and Critical Success factor. Consumer safety contributed significantly in GSCM benefits while, high satisfaction of customers and business partners in SCs contributed significantly in critical success factor.

This thesis adopts an explanatory sequential mixed-approach, incorporating two inter-related studies investigates the resilience capabilities of Hong Kong-based SMEs. Specifically, the overall objective is to empirically examine the multidimensionality of resilience capability, and how each dimension is developed, utilized, and evolved over time and in various contexts. Study 1 involves a survey of 177 Hong Kong-based SMEs and explores the interrelationship between resilience capabilities and firm performance, and the moderating impact of environmental turbulence on these relationships.

In this paper, the author seek to analyze the role of several determinants in the process of internationalization of Tunisian SMEs in Africa, and consequently their performance. Thanks to a quantitative study carried out among 46 companies analyzed under SPSS and Smart PLS, the results demonstrate the importance of the total mediating role of international entrepreneurial orientation (OEI) in the relationship between competitiveness and international performance. However, networking only generates a direct effect on international performance.

This Chapter addresses SMEs that are qualified to perform complementary manufacturing activities as producers, subcontractors or suppliers. Many measures can indeed be taken almost immediately to reduce this environmental disease burden. Just a few examples include the promotion of safe household water storage and better hygiene measures, the use of cleaner fuels and safer, more judicious use and management of toxic substances in the home and workplace. At the same time, actions by sectors such as energy, transport, agriculture, and industry are urgently required, in cooperation with the health sector, to address the root environmental causes of ill health. There is good news in this report, however.
