This research explores how customer engagement with the F&B brand’s dedication to social responsibility, sustainable business practices, and corporate governance influences impulsive buying. An online survey was requested, and a total of 322 participants were chosen for data analysis. To conduct statistical analysis, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used with the SmartPLS3 program.

The purpose of this study was to investigates factors that affect the intention to participate in voluntary social insurance of workers. The study adopted a structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the preferred factors that affect workers’ intention to participate with a sample of 240 respondents in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. The results show that TRA and TPB theories provide an appropriate model for explaining customer intention to participate; especially with Moral Responsibility, Understanding, Attitude, State Contribution Support and Customer Consulting.

This study endeavors to analyze the prevailing circumstances concerning the development of voluntary social insurance for inhabitants of Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province. The research methodology employed a survey approach comprising 103 respondents from 12 communes and towns within the district. Results from the survey depict an upward trend in the number of voluntary social insurance participants, albeit still maintaining a relatively small proportion compared to those under social insurance coverage.

This study centred on three local governments which claimed to give priority to youth participation. Two of those municipalities were identified on the basis of employing youth participation officers, while the third was volunteered to participate in the study by the Mayor of the day who claimed that " their Council was streets ahead " of other local governments in their response to the issues of young people from within their municipality.

The concept of coworking caters to freelancers and entrepreneurs who not only seek a shared office space but also be part of a socially bound group with similar ideas and goals. The aim of providing a space that fosters collaboration, sense of community, enhances creativity and sustains communication within a diverse group of independent professionals. Whilst the concept has flourished over the span of 10 years, little is known of the participants’ experiences within coworking spaces and whether such spaces do deliver what it promises.

This study explores the way in which Primary School Principals perceive and experience emotions in their day-to-day lives. To understand the varying elements of school leadership a qualitative research approach using semi-structured interviews was used, which was appropriate due to the social and psychological nature of the topic being studied. Two interviews were conducted a year apart with participants to provide a detailed examination of the participants’ experiences and to gain deeper insights into their perceptions of emotions in their work.

The object of this study is the two groups of factors of human capital, including personality traits (noncognitive human capital), experience, and education (cognitive human capital) and SEI. The author coordinated with the Vietnam Social Enterprises Community (SSEC) to collect data from individuals participating in social entrepreneurship-related activities. The sample in this study is selected according to the conventional method. The study was conducted in the state of Uttarakhand, with two purposively selected KVKs Dhakrani representing the plains region of Garhwal division and Bageshwarre presenting the hill region of Kumaon division. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 160 respondents from eight villages from both KVK. Finding of the study revealed that, majority of the beneficiaries had middle age group, educated up to higher secondary, medium family size, marginal land holding, medium media ownership, extension contact, information seeking behaviour and social participation.
