Some hydrazones

Some hydrazones from hydrazides of substituted benzoic acids with o- hidroxyacetophenones have been prepared by the condensation of hydrazides of substituted benzoic acids with o - hidroxyacetophenones. The structure of these products have been determined by IR, 1H-NMR and MS spectroscopies.

Some derivatives of formazanes containing furane, thiophene and pyrrole were synthesised by the condensation of hydrazones with aryldiazonium salts at 0 - 5o C. The products were seperated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallisation in ethanol. They are red or violet-red crystals. Their structures were identified by IR-, UV-, 1 H-NMR and mass spectra.
