The paper proposed a method to build the flood water depth map of Quang Binh province, Vietnam in the historical flood 2020 based on Sentinel1A satellite images. This method is a combination of the classical Otsu method and the proposed spreading method.

In this paper, we present a distributed and scalable evolutionary game played by autonomous mobile ad hoc network (MANET) nodes to place themselves uniformly over a dynamically changing environment without a centralized controller. A node spreading evolutionary game, called NSEG, runs at each mobile node, autonomously makes movement decisions based on localized data while the movement probabilities of possible next locations are assigned by a forced-based genetic algorithm (FGA).

A velocity field obtained from the ocean surface by high-frequency radar is used to test Lagrangian prediction algorithms designed to evaluate the position of a particle given its initial position and observations of several other simultaneously released particles. The problem is motivated by oceanographic applications such as search and rescue operations and spreading pollutants, especially in coastal regions.

The present paper reports the development of a computational code based on the Adaptive Group of Ink Drop Spread (AGIDS) for reconstruction of the neutron noise sources in reactor cores. In DMEA-II, an explicit niching operator is used with a set of rays which divides the space evenly for the selection of nondominated solutions to fill the solution archive and the population of the next generation.
