The research results are a reference source to help state management agencies build and promulgate appropriate mechanisms and policies to develop sustainable exports according to the objectives of the proposed strategy.

They conducted the study of national innovation system development stages in Russian Federation on the basis of previously published and archival documents based on the supply chain management. They determined achievements and miscalculations in the development and implementation of state innovation policy at various stages of its implementation. In the context that the people’s healthcare needs are increasing while state resources are limited, the continued implementation of the mechanism of autonomy and self-responsibility for public non-business health units has become increasingly important. Many consequences were brought about by the implementation of the autonomy mechanism and the failure to maintain the level of autonomy when compared with the previous period. In contrast, the policies must simultaneously ensure sustainability in autonomy for public health service units.

Gender equality is one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations as well as Vietnam. One of the barriers to achieving this goal is the lack of financial resources. Therefore, gender-responsive budgeting has been used as an effective approach in many parts of the world to ensure that public financing policies and programmes promote women’s rights and gender equality. The article proposes some recommendations to create an enabling environment and favorable conditions for implementing gender-responsive budgeting in Vietnam in order to achieve sustainable development goals.

The article is devoted to the cooperation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan in the sphere of security in the period from 2000 to 2017. It explores the relations of the two states in the political and military-technical spheres in the context of Eurasian integration processes. The article analyzes supply chain in investment attractiveness and capital supply chain in investments in the Russian agro-industrial complex. The authors analyze the current state of the Russian agro-industrial complex, study supply chain in investments in fixed assets in the agricultural sector, and identify the growth rates of the components of GDP production. A supply chain forecast is carried out until 2024, and the share of supply chain strategies of agriculture markets in fixed assets to gross domestic product is also forecasted.
