This study attempted to address the crucial issues in Indonesian logistic industry and focused on customer relationship management (CRM) to increase the satisfaction level of logistic customers. In this study, customer orientation and technology-based CRM activities are considered to examine the effect on customer satisfaction. Knowledge management is taken as moderating variable. It is found that customer relationship management (CRM) has significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The aim of the present research is to gain insights into how SCM practices create value to the firm, which in turn enhance accountability of the GLCs towards its ultimate stakeholders. A single case study approach was used whereby key research issues were mainly addressed through semi-structured interviews, observations and document reviews. Findings revealed that, consistent with the financial and social obligations of the GLC to its stakeholders, the firm was able to create value through supplier involvement, strategic supplier relationship and supplier development practices.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the performance of companies in the slaughterhouse industry in health and safety issues. The research method is quantitative modeling. The main research technique uses a mixed method based on multi-attribute utility method (MAUT) and artificial neural networks (ANN). The research object is 34 slaughterhouse companies located in Southern Brazil. Then, we ranked the companies and modeled their decision trees using the MAUT method.

This paper examines the types of fraud in the financial affairs of public corporations and the way they deal with them and ultimately the right to judicial review. The results of the investigations showed that after proving any crime and issuing a lower court judgment, there is a right for the offender to seek authority from the authorities in order to obtain a reduction in the punishment. The multiplicity of judicial procedures is a mechanism and tool for correcting a mistake or probable judicial error.
