In addition to publication opportunities in EBES journals), conference participants were given opportunity to submit their full papers to this issue. The real estate is a fast-growth and dynamic industry. Firms that operate in this field need capital. The purpose of this research is to reinforce the capital structure of firms listed on the stock exchange in Indonesia. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The analysis revealed that profitability, growth and leverage are negatively related to capital structure. The conclusion is that firms have to reinforce their capital structure, to control profitability and operation.

In this paper the components of tourism infrastructure were investigated by considering the supply chain management effects. One of the most important components of tourism infrastructure is the hotel industry. In recent years, the quantity of means of collective placement in the Republic of Tatarstan increased. In the republic, means of placement of almost all categories are presented, among them there are also representatives of such large hotel chains as Hilton, Marriott, ark Inn, Ramada, Ibis. The food industry is also an integral part of tourism infrastructure of the region.

The entrepreneurial opportunities emerge when certain individuals have insights into the value of resources that others do not. The resources such as alertness of entrepreneurial, knowledge, and ability become their own right. This study is intended to explore the factors structure of human resource of supply chain management based entrepreneurship in Aceh, Indonesia. The questionnaires were sent to 175 managers infirm, and were received back for an 86% response rate from 175 managers.
