The objective of this study is to examine the effect of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and total quality management (TQM) on supply chain organizational performance in Indonesia. Therefore, the current study focused on supply chain companies in Indonesia. Additionally, the current study introduced mediating variable, namely; supply chain organizational excellence. The employees of Indonesian supply chain companies having direct involvement in supply chain activities were considered to collect the data.

This study proposes a hybrid multi-filter wrapper method for feature selection of relevant and irredundant features in software defect prediction. The proposed hybrid feature selection will be developed to take advantage of filter-filter and filter-wrapper relationships to give optimal feature subsets, reduce its evaluation cycle and subsequently improve SDP models overall predictive performance in terms of Accuracy, Precision and Recall values.

This paper evaluates sustainable urban bus service quality based on passenger perception and expectation in local tourism destinations in order to attain a comprehension of tourists’ attitudes towards local public transport. The study focuses on the combination of route 101 and 102 by Rapid Penang bus to investigate passenger satisfaction because the bus is the main public transport used by most tourist who use both routes. In theory, the integration of Kano Model and SERVQUAL into Quality Function Deployment is to remove the assumption of linear and to offer innovative input.
