Surgical outcomes

Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá kết quả điều trị sau phẫu thuật lớn ở những bệnh nhân có nguy cơ tử vong cao theo thang điểm SORT (Surgical Outcome Risk Tool). Phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả, tiến cứu trên 243 bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật tại khoa Gây mê hồi sức và chống đau - Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội, từ tháng 3/2023 đến tháng 8/2023, đánh giá tỷ lệ tử vong, tỷ lệ mắc các biến chứng sau mổ, tỷ lệ bệnh nhân nằm hồi sức sau mổ, thời gian nằm viện, thời gian nằm hồi sức của nhóm bệnh nhân có nguy cơ tử vong cao theo thang điểm SORT.
