Hypertension is associated with the risk of prostate cancer (PCa) and its progression, however, it remains unclear whether antihypertensive medicines alter PCa risk or prognosis. This systematic review evaluated the role of calcium channel blockers (CCBs) and renin-angiotensin system (RAS) inhibitors in the risk and prognosis of PCa. This review was performed in line with PRISMA 2020 guidelines.

While immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy (Chemo-IO) is generally recognized for providing superior outcomes compared to monotherapy (mono-IO), it is associated with a higher incidence of treatmentrelated adverse events (TRAEs), which may lead to treatment discontinuation. In this study, we compared the rates of treatment discontinuation between mono-IO and Chemo-IO as first-line treatments for various solid tumors.

Ebook "Estimating in heavy construction: Roads, bridges, tunnels, foundations" provides a good basis for estimation because all important cost categories are considered. The risks of different construction contracts are systematically evaluated with regard to risk distribution between owner and contractor. Specific risks, for instance for joint ventures, are also considered. A systematic scheme for the calculation of interim interest is provided as well.

The extent to which changes in gene expression can influence cardiovascular disease risk across different tissue types has not yet been systematically explored. We have developed an analysis pipeline that integrates tissue-specific gene expression, Mendelian randomization and multiple-trait colocalization to develop functional mechanistic insight into the causal pathway from a genetic variant to a complex trait.

The decision-making process for supply chain management is complex and involves multiple people across multiple teams. This article deals with the problem of choosing an optimal management solution in a turbulent economy. We systematise new management risks in the context of a pandemic are systematized. A method for constructing an integral risk assessment function for managerial decisionmaking is proposed. We identify aneed for an expert community to make more informed decisions has been identified.

Multimorbidities greatly increase the global health burdens, but the landscapes of their genetic risks have not been systematically investigated. Methods: We used the hospital inpatient data of 385,335 patients in the UK Biobank to investigate the multimorbid relations among 439 common diseases. Post-GWAS analyses were performed to identify multimorbidity shared genetic risks at the genomic loci, network, as well as overall genetic architecture levels.
