An investigation was carried out for evaluating the table grape genotypes against incidence of mites in Sector No. 70, UHS, Bagalkot, Karnataka after fore pruning (October) 2016 at different phenological stages. Results revealed that among 12 grape genotypes studied, significantly lowest mites population was recorded in Red Globe (T12) (8.63 mites/sq. inch of leaf) after 115 DAP. A study was conducted to know the petiole nutrient content in different grape genotypes belonging to table purpose white and coloured types along with wine grape types. Petiole nutrient contents among three different grapes types varied significantly. Petiole P, K, Mn and Zn contents among the three grape types varied in the order: table white > table coloured > wine grape. Petiole P, Ca, Mn and Cu content of wine and table purpose white type differed significantly, where as other macro and micro nutrients did not differ significantly.

Grapevine virus A (GVA) has a quasispecies nature and is closely associated with the rugose-wood disease complex of Vitis vinifera L. In the diff erent growing regions of table grape in Sichuan, southwest China, the incidence of GVA infection was found to be 16.9% by ELISA detection among 178 grape plants (Vitis vinifera L. × Vitis labrusca L.).

Changes of the total phenolics, catechin, and antioxidant capacity of the berries coated with chitosan were delayed, while quercetin 3-galactoside and total quercetin were higher in the control treatment. Overall, fruits coated with chitosan had greater external adequacy than untreated ones.

The production of grapes for early table consumption is becoming more popular in the Mediterranean region of Turkey. Permanent grass cover crop is a technique used in the vineyards of Villa Bel-Air. As a result, the grass absorbs the water and the nutrients from the top layer of the soil, and forces the vine roots to go deeper and deeper to find nourishment. Throughout the year, de-budding, leaf-thinning and crop thinning are performed by the technical team. All of these manual operations ensure the perfect health and maturity of each bunch. The harvested grapes are then transferred onto a modern sorting table to remove all remaining vegetal matter.

Turning to the growth in rentals for three bedroom houses, using a comparable 1975 urban aggregate index of 100, the following rent index table indicates that rentals have only grown at 74 percent of the indexed growth in housing prices (overall index growth of 580 for rentals, compared with 786 for prices).
