Teaching Methodology of Literature and Vietnamese

The major aim of the research is to identify the domestication and foreignization of culture-specific items appears in the novel for children. To compare and contrast the phenomenon in the two works done by two different translators to figure out the way they deal with culture-specific items using the strategies, which, together with other and further research, contributes to the enablement of the suggested approaches to translating culture-specific items as for the type of literature for children.

Objectives of the thesis: Based on the results of the survey on the situation of Vietnamese language teaching and lexical competence of students in Ia Grai - Gia Lai, the thesis is carried out with the purpose of proposing solutions to develop the lexical competence of Jrai students (through teaching topics, practice exercises and other supportive measures), thereby improving the quality of learning Vietnamese language and developing Vietnamese communication competence for Jrai ethnic minority students.

Purposes of the research: The dissertation clarifies the theoretical and practical basis affecting the teaching of RC for grade 1 students in the phase of phonic learning in the direction of capacity promotion; proposing some feasible measures for teaching of RC for grade 1 students in the phase of phonic learning in order to improve the efficiency of teaching of RC for grade 1 students in general and for primary schools students in particular.
