Telecommunication industry of Laos

This study employs the theoretical background regarding IJVs performance and factors influencing their performance (e.g., Cao, 2012, Ren et al., 2009, Bener & Glaister, 2010). On the basis of literature review, performance of IJVs has been assessed through some measurement variables, such as: survival, financial output, overall satisfaction, achievement of individual or joint goals, and learning.

This research aims to examine a model of relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the Laos telecommunication sector. That addresses the lack of research of these relationships in terms of research setting and provides information for telecommunication companies in Laos improving their performance and competitive abilities.
